Vodka de Bintje – The Pure Expression of the Belgian Potato
Vodka de Bintje is a unique craft creation made by Plus Oultre Distillery, celebrating one of Belgium’s most emblematic products: the Bintje potato. Much more than a simple vodka, it represents an authentic, exacting approach to distillation, designed to reveal all the aromatic richness of this exceptional raw material.
Each year, this vodka is produced in limited quantities to ensure impeccable quality and meticulous craftsmanship at every stage of production. Distilled exclusively from Belgian potatoes that are 100% Bintje, it develops a unique personality, distinctly different from traditional grain-based vodkas.
Distillation captures all the finesse and natural richness of the potato, producing a rounder, smoother and particularly elegant vodka. On the palate, Vodka de Bintje immediately charms with its supple, silky texture. Its natural softness, lightness and lovely length on the palate make it ideal for enjoying neat and chilled.
On the nose, it reveals delicate, subtly earthy aromas, accompanied by a gently rounded, almost creamy character that is the hallmark of great potato vodkas. A refined, authentic expression of Belgian terroir.
🍸 Serving ideas & cocktails:

• Over ice to appreciate all its smoothness
• In an elegant, refined Vodka Martini
• With premium tonic for a light, modern version
• In a Moscow Mule to reveal its roundness
• In a gastronomic cocktail with citrus or fresh herbs
