At Plus Oultre Distillery, some creations deserve a second life. That is how the Plan B range was born: quality artisan spirits from recipes originally developed for other projects, but far too successful to be left forgotten in a corner of the distillery.

Plan B is another way of seeing things: less waste, more creativity and, above all, the opportunity to offer original editions at an accessible price, without ever compromising on quality.

This Olive & Tomato edition surprises from the first sip with its distinctly Mediterranean character. The vegetal freshness of tomato meets the salty, lightly herbaceous notes of olive to create an unusual, elegant and wonderfully convivial gin. An original aromatic profile that immediately evokes sunny aperitifs, fresh herbs and the atmosphere of summer terraces.

Juniper remains subtly present to support the blend without masking the flavours, offering a surprising balance of freshness, vegetal richness and aromatic finesse.
