This unique winter creation celebrates the great Christmas spices: cinnamon, cloves, sweet spices and warm notes transform Gin de Binche's classic profile into an indulgent, enveloping experience, perfect for the cold season.

Unlike a drier, traditional version, this Winter Edition adopts a profile inspired by Old Tom Gin, slightly rounder and subtly sweetened. The result is a particularly approachable gin, where spices express themselves elegantly without ever becoming overpowering.
