This limited edition elegantly brings together two fascinating aromatic worlds: the natural indulgence of ripe strawberry and the spicy freshness of carefully selected peppers. A surprising balance of fruity sweetness, liveliness and character, imagined and handcrafted by Plus Oultre Distillery.

Fresh strawberries grown at Ferme du Spamboux in Mont-Sainte-Geneviève are carefully worked to preserve their full aromatic intensity and natural freshness. A light cold infusion then gives the gin its beautiful delicate red colour, without any artificial colouring.

The selected peppers subtly support the fruit without ever dominating it. They bring freshness, length and a lightly spicy tension that perfectly balances the strawberry's indulgent roundness. The result is a modern, original and particularly approachable gin despite its bold profile.

At 40% ABV, this gin reveals a fresh, fruity and delicately spicy palate, ideal for both summer sipping and more creative cocktails.
