Our recipe combines the intensity of star anise with the natural sweetness of liquorice, enriched with more than twelve carefully selected plants and spices. Among them, angelica holds a special place: this rare, refined plant brings a delicate botanical touch, slightly floral and subtly captivating, that sets this pastis apart from more classic recipes.

On tasting, balance is at the heart of the experience. The noble bitterness of anise expresses itself elegantly, supported by fresh plants and the roundness of liquorice. Its beautiful golden colour and intense fragrance immediately invite conviviality and sharing.

Served well chilled and lightly diluted with water, it gradually reveals the full richness of its aromas and instantly transports you to the warm atmosphere of summer aperitifs.
