Entirely distilled, without cold infusion or artificial additions, this gin reveals a lively, fresh and intensely lemony palate. Citrus notes burst forth immediately, supported by an elegant structure in which juniper remains present while letting lemon take centre stage.

Deliberately unfiltered, this gin retains the natural essential oils from lemon peels. This artisan approach brings more texture, aroma and length on the palate. Slight cloudiness may appear on contact with tonic or ice: a natural signature reflecting the product's authenticity and the richness of its aromatic oils.
